Troubleshooting Online Group Bookings
  • To make a group booking online first make sure your cart in The Booking Page is empty. To remove existing services from your cart, click the individual service and click remove on the bottom left of the screen.
  • Next select Group Appointments.
  • Select the service and add who the service is for in the drop down menu.
  • When finished, add to cart
  • Click add more to select next bathhouse entry or service you’d like to book for you or your guest(s).
  • Repeat until your cart displays everything for everyone you’d like to book, then click next.
  • Input your email address to log in to Boulevard.
  • Select a date and time to schedule your reservation (use arrows on the top to view additional dates).
  • If the date/time you’re looking for doesn’t appear, it usually means it’s unavailable as we are already booked at that time. You can always call or email us to verify.
  • Review the details of your booking.
  • Input contact information and promo codes if applicable, then press next.
  • Complete your booking by inputting your payment information.

Payment is made upon the date of your appointment. 

*Please Note: Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled prior to 24 hours before your appointment. After that, changes will result in a charge of 100% your appointment total.

Couples Services

Couples Services are booked the same way as group bookings. Please include in the notes that it is a couples massage. 

Couples services are charged at a service rate per person (ex. 60 minute couples massage is  $150 x 2 people = $300).

Gift Cards

Uncertain of someone’s schedule but want to make them feel special? Send them a gift card!

We recommend $80 to cover a 2 hour Bathhouse Day Pass.

Is the spa co-ed?

Yes the spa facilities are co ed, however we do have gender separated locker rooms and showers.

What should we bring ?

Just a bathing suit! Forgot yours? We have loaners.

What does the bathhouse access include?

2 hours of access to the saunas, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub and temazcal.

Bathing suits required?

Yes.

Reservation required?

Preferred. Sometimes during the week we have availability to accept walk ins. Don’t see any availability online, call. Sometimes we can squeeze you in.

Do I have to be a member?

No, we offer day passes.

Are bathhouse sessions private?

No we are a social bathhouse. So please expect a social experience with 4-14 people in the space. The space is built to accommodate 25, but we don’t operate at that capacity. Weekdays are less busy than evenings and weekends.

For groups of 6 or more, email us for details at [email protected] or Call (425) 657-3659. If you are having trouble booking your group online, just call us. Groups of 6 or less should book online under book now, group reservation, don’t see the time you want to book for? Call us, we can likely squeeze you in.

What snacks are available to purchase?

Chocolates only. No outside food is allowed.

Can I bring my own drinks and snacks?

No food, you can bring your own drink (no alcohol), just no glass.

Can’t find us?

Were the first parking lot on the right hand side once you’ve turned off of Lake Washington Blvd. Right after the entrance to Gene Coulan. If you see the Bristol leasing office or Hyatt , you’ve gone too far.

Parking?

Yes, first come first served. 3 hours of free retail parking is available, follow the instructions on the sign and scan the QR code.

Is it silent?

Nope, we’re a bathhouse, we believe in a social environment.

If I book a service, is the bathhouse free?

No, but you get a discount on the 2 hour access pass.

What order should I book services in?

Always soak first. Always do your facial last if booking multiple services.

Minimum age?

18 years old.
